Chapter 80

“God, I’m too old for this shit.” Jon growled and let himself fall onto the couch in his suite in Sacramento. The other four men followed right behind him. They just finished an interview marathon.

“You ain’t too old. You are frustrated, because you didn’t get laid for three weeks.” David replied dryly.

“Fuck you!”

“No, thanks!” the keyboard player said and handed each of them a coke from the fridge.

“Come guys, we need to get used to it…again. This tour will last for two years.” Tico grumbled and shot Jon a mean look.

“Hey, I didn’t hear any complains when we talked about it.”

“Hmpf! It wouldn’t have changed anything.” Rich interjected. Jon’s eyes narrowed dangerously.

“Ok, ok…everybody calm down.” Hugh said loudly and got everybody’s attention. “If I’m not mistaken everyone wanted to tour again. It’s just that your personal life changed all of a sudden and now you are some miserable suckers! Deal with it! Or take a cold shower!”

Jon sighed deeply. Hugh was right. He planned this tour before he met Kim. He sure wouldn’t have mind touring when he would still be single.

“Hugh, is right. Sorry, guys.” He said into the silence of the room. Four heads nodded. Jon rubbed his tired eyes.

“When was the last time you talked to her?” Rich wanted to know.

“Last night.” His best friend answered.

“Well, shouldn’t you be a little more…uhm…relaxed then?” David wondered. The way Jon was acting he was sure Kim and him didn’t talk lately. Jon only laughed dryly.

“She is renovating the apartment. The only thing we were talking about were colors and texture, furniture and draping’s. Believe me, we were miles away from phone sex.” Jon sighed.

“Maybe you should be more persuasive next time.” Tico suggested. If Jon wouldn’t find a way of release soon, he would explode and nobody wanted an angry boss around, especially if it was a Bongiovi.

“And this bedroom and bathroom I wanna transfer into an office.” Kim said and looked at the interior designer who was getting the big tour of her normally so private apartment.

“That shouldn’t be a problem. Anything special that should be added?” he asked while writing a couple of things down.

“Well, we need to add a safe…and I was thinking about having a small bar that will vanish behind the wall or a closet when not needed. And a big TV screen over here, opposite from the desk.” Kim pointed at the wall.

“Yes, we can do that. Do you wanna have bar stools as well or just the counter?”

“Just the counter. I only want him to have the option to hand out some drinks here when he is having a visitor. So he doesn’t have to go back down to the kitchen or library for it.” The designer nodded understanding and followed her into the next room.

“This will be the bedroom for a sixteen year old girl. I talked with her about colors and what she wants. She has a very clear idea for the room. The major colors should be a warm sunshine yellow and deep purple. She wants white furniture and this….comfy looking armchair to relax.” Kim handed him a printed picture of the armchair Steph showed her on the internet.

“She really knows what she wants. And I have to say, she has a great sense for colors and shapes.” The designer nodded approving.

“Good. If she isn’t happy I will give her your phone number. Believe me you wouldn’t like it.” Kim said laughing and left the room for the next bedroom. The designer followed slowly.

“So, tell me…is it possible to make a soundproof room out of it?” Kim asked when they were finally back in the kitchen and going over everything again.

“Well, I have to talk with the specialists about it. But I think it shouldn’t be a problem. Your …uhm…boyfriend…uhm, I mean fiancée…”

“Wait a second. Boyfriend. And don’t dance around it every time we meet, Andrew. You know very well who he is and that’s ok. I just don’t wanna find pictures of my apartment or exclusive stories about our love life in any magazine the day after tomorrow, ok?”

“Of course. I would never do that….” He tried to collect himself. Kim was giving him a big opportunity here. He did have smaller jobs, but with re-doing nearly the entire apartment, he could really gain a reputation. He would be an idiot to risk that for some pictures in a magazine.

“Good. Now when can we start and where?” Kim smiled lightly. She really like this man. Sure, he was a bit nervous and talking too much from time to time, but she was sure he would get used to the thought of doing a bedroom in which Jon Bon Jovi would sleep.

“Well, I would like to start next week with the kids’ bedrooms. We will remove the furniture and then start painting in the different colors, before the artist’s for the big transformer graffiti’s will show up.”

“Ok, then I see you next week.” Kim said and escorted him out. She really hoped the boys would like it and that Jon would love the small soundproof room she was planning for him. He would be able to play even in the middle of the night and nobody would wake up. It would be a surprise though, because actually they talked about keeping his place for recording and writing with Richie.

“Come on boys, let’s go outside.” Kim called her dogs over and put their leashes on.

Together they left the building and walked the few meters until they were in Central Park. When Kim was sure nobody else would be bothered she let her dogs run around for a while before starting their favorite play…Frisbee.

Even though nobody else was close to them and only a few people were walking by in the distance, Kim had again the weird feeling that someone was watching her. Actually she had the feeling as soon as she left the building.

Right now she wasn’t scared though. Her dogs would attack whoever wanted to get close to her immediately if she wouldn’t stop them, but she was getting curious who was watching her and why. Something told her she had to be careful.

Maybe I should start with karate again?

Chapter 79

“Jon, not so fast, dammit! These heels ain’t made for running.” Kim cursed. He was holding her left hand and pulling her along to his hotel suite. He turned and looked at her with hungry eyes.

“Then let’s start right here.” He growled low into her right ear and pressed her against the wall.

“Good Lord…” Kim mumbled when his mouth crushed down on hers. He pressed his sweaty body close to her and she had the feeling she would burn from the heat he was sending out. She moaned into his mouth when he rubbed his hard one against her.

“Jon…” her hands pushing at his shoulders stopped him. “Not here.” She looked around nervously even though the hallway was empty. However, she was sure there were surveillance cameras somewhere.

“Take off your shoes.” He ordered her and took a step back.

“What?” she was too busy missing his hard body than to realize what he said.

“Take. Them. Off!” he kneeled down and helped her slip out off her six-inch heels, before grabbing her hand again and pulling her along once again.

“You are unbelievable.” She giggled. Jon just gave her an evil smile.

“You’ll know that in a minute, honey.” He said and rammed the key card into the slot when they reached their suite.

Before Kim had the chance to say anything, she was inside the suite and pressed against the closed door. Jon didn’t even bother to turn on some lights. Instead, he pushed up her skirt, grabbed her left leg and placed it at his hip before brushing his fingers over her lace panties.

“Oh, God…” Kim bit her bottom lip and moaned loudly.

“Did it turn you on to see me on stage?” he asked nibbling her neck. Her arms looped around his neck.

“Yes…” she tried to bring her hips closer to him.

“Did you get all wet for me?” he growled already knowing the answer. His fingers were coated with her juice by now.

“Yeeesss…” she moaned again.

“Perfect!” he ripped the thin fabric from her body and entered her with two rough fingers. Kim gasped surprised and grabbed his shoulders for support.

He started to pump her furiously with his fingers, making her hips move uncontrollable. She tried to keep the balance on her right leg while she felt the tension building more and more in her body. When she tried to move away from the door over to the bedroom, Jon pressed her back against the door.

“Uh, uh…you stay right here, honey. We ain’t done yet.” He whispered and his hot breathe tickled her right ear.

“Jon, I….I…”

“It’s ok honey, let go….come for me.” He told her in a low voice and flicked his thumb over her clit.

“OH GOOOOOODDDD!” she screamed when stars formed in front of her eyes and her body shook uncontrollable. Jon managed to steady her and watched with lust-filled eyes how the waves washed trough her body. Her breath was going strongly, sending her breast closer to him every time she inhaled. He grinned lightly and unbuttoned the tight blouse with clever fingers before opening the front claps of her bra.

When his mouth attacked one of her hard nipples, a scream escaped her mouth and she started shaking again. She could feel him smile around her nipple and squeezing her other breast firmly. He never managed to set her over the edge again that fast.

Just when she thought her body could relax now, he grabbed her hips with both hands and lowered her on his proud standing erection.

“JON…Oh, my…” she didn’t manage to bring out the words, but could only wrap her legs around his waist and held on to his shoulders.

“God, Kimi…you are so tight…feels so good….” Jon groaned while pushing in and out of her while pinning her against the door at the same time.

She wasn’t able to form a clear thought. Her mind was spinning, her body was moving on its own, matching each of Jon’s strong and deep strokes. She could fell the well-known tickling getting stronger again and groaned deeply when she realized Jon was not even close to done yet.

He flexed his upper arm muscles to lift her higher and change her position lightly. Stars exploded in front of her eyes when her body tensed again. She wasn’t able to hold on to him anymore. Her arms went limp and her legs started to slip from his hips.

“Come on Kimi, …come on…I’m close…just …a few…more…” Jon hissed through clenched teeth and managed to prevent her from sinking to the ground.

“Yes…Kimi…God…YES….” He slammed into her again.

“GOD….YEEEEEEEESSSSSSS…” he yelled when he finally found his release.

Still in a daze, he found the strength to carefully lower Kim to the ground and sank down next to her. He leaned his head against the door and tried to get his breathing under control again.

“You ok, hon.” He finally managed to bring out after a couple of minutes and pulled Kim closer to his body. She only nodded, brushing her long blond hair over his sweaty chest.

“Kimi? You ok?” he framed her face with his hands and looked at her a little concerned.

“I’m fine…” the words weren’t more than a whisper.

“Come on; let’s get over to the bed.” He tried to get her to her feet.

“No, don’t move. Stay.” she said and rested her hand on his chest. Jon nodded and held her a while longer.

After a few minutes, he could hear Kim chuckling softly.

“What’s so funny?” he wondered.

“I think that’s what you can call fucking someone senseless.” Jon grinned.

“Well, you didn’t lose conscious, but I think we were close.” He admitted laughing lightly.

“Are you always like this after a show?” Kim asked and snuggled a little closer to him.

“Not always, but very often. The adrenaline keeps me going.” He said and rubbed his tired eyes.

“Well, that’s good to know…” Kim laughed lightly.

“How about we try to get to bed?” Jon carefully got to his feet. Kim let her eyes wander over his naked body. Even though the lights were still out she could clearly see the satisfied look on his face.

“I think you got to help me.” Her legs still felt like jelly. Jon grinned and carried her over to the bed. Within minutes, both were in a deep sleep.

Chapter 78

“Hey, there you are. I tried to get a hold of you in the last couple days.” Kim hugged Fran dearly and pulled her down on the couch next to her. They were backstage in Seattle and waiting for the official Tour start.

“Yeah, well…uhm, we were a little busy.” Fran blushed lightly. Kim grinned.

“I bet. Rich looked tired when he was having his sushi at the beach.” She teased her best friend. Fran groaned.

“I still can’t believe the pap-rats followed him to Hawaii. All we wanted to do was spend some alone time before the tour starts and now we are in every magazine.”

“Well, I think we gotta get used to it.” Kim told her.

“They didn’t follow you!” Fran said a little pissed.

“Oh, come on. Did you forget I had constant shopping companions before Christmas, because they had the funny idea of a wedding at New Year’s Eve? I could have thought of nicer things.” Kim replied.

“Yeah, I know. Sorry.” Fran admitted.

“Who’s getting married?” Tony asked when he entered the room.

“Nobody!” Fran and Kim answered sharply in unison.

“Ok, ok. No need to freak out ladies.” He took a step back at their strictness.

“Oh, sorry Tony. Those paparazzi’s are just getting on our nerves.” Kim hugged him lightly.

“Yeah, I know. But they would vanish if you wouldn’t date one of the band…how is it, ladies?” he asked teasing and gave them his best smile. Fran and Kim laughed.

“Sorry, Tony…I think I’ll stick with your older brother.” Kim told him. Tony sighed dramatically.

“You don’t know what you are missing.”

“TONY! Why isn’t my girlfriend where she should be!” Jon’s voice came from his brother’s walkie-talkie.

“Yeah, and where is my lady?” Richie asked a little concerned.

“Ah, shit.” Tony cursed. “Come on, we better hurry or they will delay the start of the show.”

“They wouldn’t really do that, right?” Fran wondered when Tony escorted them to the side of the stage.

“I wouldn’t count on it. As far as I know men who are love have done stupider things.”

“Hold your horse, we are on the way.” Tony told Jon and Richie over the walkie-talkie.

“Better be true!” was Jon’s short reply.

“He’s really in a terrible mood today.” Kim said shaking her head lightly.

“Nah, it’s fine. He’s just anxious to get this show started. It’ll be the first time we’ll use the whole equipment in a show. He worries things might get wrong.” Tony explained and didn’t seem to worry about the harsh tone of his brother.

“I thought you had the test run in Hawaii?” Kim wondered and nodded at Lloyd when she took her place on the side of the stage. He would make sure nobody would bother her and Fran during the show together with two other Bon Jovi crew members.

“Well, we didn’t have this monster with us.” Tony pointed at the massive video screen.

“Wow!” Fran was impressed.

“38,000 lights.” Tony announced proudly while the two women could only stare at the giant LED screen. It was still dark and Kim wondered what would happen with the crowd when it would come to life. So far only fainted mumbling could be heard from the fans.

“Here, you’ll need those.” Tony handed Kim and Fran earplugs.

“Seriously?” Kim asked while taking them.

“Yep, this close, you’ll be thankful for them. Never been to a show before, huh?” Tony grinned when she shook her head no.

“Well, then you are in for the ride of your life.”

“I doubt that.” Kim mumbled and gave Fran a naughty grin. Her best friend chuckled.

“Band’s ready.” A voice informed Tony.

“Stand by for intro video.” He announced and vanished after a short nod in Kim and Fran’s direction behind the stage to supervise the video crew.

As soon as the house lights went out and the massive LED screen started with the Band’s intro a roar came from the crowd, who was now bathed in blue and black. Kim looked at the fans interested. These people, who had been talking calmly with each other just minutes ago, were now getting frenetic in their excitement.

She shot a short glance at Fran and realized that she was anxiously stepping from one foot to the other and trying to get a glimpse of Richie entering the stage as if she didn’t spend just one week with him in Hawaii.

Maybe she was missing something?

However, when the video intro came to its end, the drums with the light effects were underlining the Band’s movement on the screen, and the crowd erupted in screams, goose bumps crept up her arms.

The screen swung to the sides and parted into smaller pieces, which moved upwards and revealed the four men. The screaming grew stronger when they stepped to the edge of the stage and Jon raised his right hand in a fist.

After a few seconds he shooed the other guys to their instruments and you could see how anxious each of them were to get this show started.

Jon’s guitar tech handed him his beloved black acoustic guitar and Richie started the intro to ‘Blood on Blood’. Fran jumped up and down excitedly next to Kim and screamed something about ‘our song’ into her ear, but Kim didn’t barely realize it. Her focus was on the lead singer, on Jon, on her boyfriend, who was just rocking the stage and interacting with the crowd. She had never seen him like this before and the sexy black leather jacket and deep purple button down shirt were nearly her doom.

Jon felt her eyes on him right from the moment he took the stage. He grinned when he saw the awe impression on her face. She had no idea what hit her and he would make sure it stayed that way before she was flying back later on a red-eye flight to New York. They had time to kill and he already knew how.

Chapter 77

“Hi Kim. Welcome to Hawaii.” David greeted her in an awful looking Hawaiian shirt when she entered the backstage area in Honolulu. She laughed and gave him a hug.

“Hi David. How are you? Did you recover from your birthday party?”

“Barely! But it wasn’t such a wild party, right?”

They celebrated David’s birthday four days ago at the National Arts Club in New York. Just his family and close friends nothing big, but that didn’t restrain his ‘brothers’ from singing, jamming and drinking all night long. Lexi had problems getting her unsteady walking husband home.

“Nah. How was your headache the next morning?” Kim laughed when he grimaced.

“It’s all your boyfriends fault!”

“You turned 48, man. You should be old enough to resist me.” Jon said dryly and checked some papers Matt handed to him.

“Come on, hon. I give you a short tour before the madness begins. I want you to meet some people.” Jon grabbed Kim’s hand and pulled her along.

“Ok, see you later, David.” Kim waved at him shortly.

“Don’t let him corrupt you!” David called after her and earned laughter from the crewmembers that were constantly rushing down the corridor.

“He’s really something. I have no idea how Lexi can stand him every day.” Kim laughed when Jon pulled her into a room where a portable kitchen was set up.

“She knows how to reign him in and he knows when to stop the jokes and get serious. You’ll see it later. He gets all professional.” Kim nodded.

“Kim, I want you to meet Juliana. She is the good soul of the crew. She cooks and keeps us all happy.” Jon introduced her to an elderly resolute looking woman who was cutting different vegetables.

“Ah, Jon…finally. Didn’t you tell me you would be here early to go over the menus I created?” Jon ducked lightly when she gave him a stern look. Kim had to stop herself from laughing out loud. Juliana turned her attention to her.

“Hi dear, you look gorgeous. Don’t let him give you any shit. He is just a guy. You need to tell him what to do.”

“Yes, Ma’am.” Kim responded grinning while Jon groaned lightly and rolled his eyes.

“Don’t you roll your eyes John Francis.” She told him sternly. “I raised six of your kind. You’ll behave yourself or go home, sonny.”

Kim chuckled, when Jon spit out a ‘Yes Ma’am.’

“You know I didn’t mean it that way.” He wrapped his arms carefully around her shoulders and placed a kiss on her cheek before giving her his irresistible smile. Juliana looked at him for a second.

“Why can’t I stay mad at you, Jon?” she sighed and patted his hand. Jon grinned.

“Because you love me.” He said and grabbed Kim’s hand to pull her back into the hallway. Juliana snorted.

“Don’t forget to check the menu, Jon!” she reminded him and he grabbed it before leaving the room.

“I’ll give to you back later.”

“Of course you will! Or you won’t get any chicken noodle soup!” she shook her head and continued to cut vegetables.

“Chicken noodle soup?” Kim asked grinning.

“Yep, helps my throat. I always have one bowl every day when we are on the road.”

“Interesting. She wouldn’t really send you home, right?” Kim asked chuckling.

“Well, I wouldn’t count on it.” Jon said only half joking. Juliana had proven that she had no problems letting them go to bed hungry when they all didn’t behave well. Jon was sure she was secretly meeting their mothers a couple times a year.

“This is my dressing room.”

He pulled her into a room in which the walls were draped in black and white. A black couch was sitting in the middle and a dark haired woman was just placing some green pillows on it. On various boxes and small tables, the green accents appeared again in combination with silver skulls.

“Kim, I want you to meet Dawn, my stylist.” Jon said and introduced both women.

“Hi nice to meet you.” Dawn shook her hand and gave Kim a short look over. She liked what she saw.

“Hi Dawn. Did you decorate all this?” she asked a little impressed.

“Yeah, I decorate Jon’s dressing room differently in every city. Don’t wanna get him bored, right.” Kim grinned about Jon’s pout.

“By the way, I got some great new stuff for this tour.” She told her boss and grabbed a folder with photos. Jon raised his hand defensively.

“Please Dawn don’t. You know I don’t like to look at all this. Just surprise me.” Kim looked at him in disbelieve.

“Well, that could make the renovation of our place really interesting, Jon.”

“Kimi, I told you I like it the way you already decorated it.” Kim snorted lightly.

“You are re-doing your apartment or house?” Dawn wondered.

“Apartment. Yeah, here I got some pictures. Maybe you can help with some new ideas?” Kim pulled her IPhone as well as folder from her handbag.

“You gotta kidding, Kim. You carry it around with you?” Jon couldn’t believe it. She already drove him crazy with this folder the last couple of days. It contained different textile, fabric and colour samples for each room.

“Of course, I do. I wanna start with it when I’m back in New York.”

“It’s a gorgeous place. I see you have dogs.” Dawn pointed at a picture with the dogs bowls in it. Kim nodded.

“Do they pick things up they shouldn’t?”

“No, they are very well trained.” Kim told her.

“Well, then you could use some low shelves or maybe a side board over here. In combination with this color it should look great.”

Jon watched the two women sitting on his couch going through the different photos and samples. They completely forgot he was in the same room.

“Where are my Halls cough drops, Dawn?” he tried to get the women’s attention.

“Over there boss, in the little skull.” Dawn pointed at a small table without taking her eyes off the samples and pictures.

“Ah, great.” He took one drop and wondered what else he could do to get them away from the decoration stuff. Finally, he had to realize that he didn’t have a chance.

“I think I go and see if Rich and Tico are already here.”

“Yeah, sure baby. Have fun.” She only looked up for a second to place a short kiss on his cheek. He shook his head and sighed.

“You too, hon.” He waited for a reaction, but didn’t get one. Pouting lightly he left his wardrobe.
